Wordpress is blocked on many ISP's in Guatemala

At this time and since few days ago, on many ISP's in Guatemala is inaccesible the Wordpress.com, Wordpress.org and all it's bloggers subdomains.

I read somewhere that can be a system failure, but many people from different ISPs are confirming that can not load the websites. Also using proxies we can load blogs normally.

Hopefully the goverment is not the responsible, else we must speak loud to try to get Wordpress unblocked.

If you are in Guatemala, please confirm if you can (or not) load Wordpress blogs.
